Fire Company Lease — Landlord Consent
The Village Board consents as landlord to the Red Hook Fire Department to move forward and continue the lease for the fire house property. The Mayor is authorized to sign the Planning Board application for the fire house construction and renovation project.[4]

Training Shed — Approved Dimensions and Placement
The Village approves a 28' x 32' training facility shed on the north, east, and south side of the fire house. A 5-inch maintenance buffer on the north, east, and south sides is required, to be used for maintenance purposes only.[2][3]
Training Shed — Code Compliance
The approved training shed is exempt from planning review but must meet all local, town, and state building codes as well as health, safety, and fire codes.[3]
