Delaware Engineering Professional Services Agreement
The Mayor is authorized to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Delaware Engineering for WWTP upgrades and STEP sewer system expansion. The agreement is contingent on removal of the MBR reference and a requirement for written direction prior to starting different project phases. The agreement must be reviewed by the Village Attorney before execution.[4]

Z3 Consultants Building Code and Zoning Enforcement Agreement
Expired May 31, 2024. The Village authorized a consultant agreement with Z3 Consultants, Inc. for building code and zoning enforcement services from June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024 at a rate of $125.00 per hour.[3]
