Dutchess County Self-Insured Workers' Compensation Participation
The Mayor is authorized to sign the annual Participation Agreement with the Dutchess County Self-Insured Workers' Compensation Plan on behalf of the Village.[7][10][14]
CDPHP HRA Administrative Services Agreement
The Mayor is authorized to sign the Ancillary Administrative Services Agreement with Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. to administer CDPHP's Traditional Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), contingent on Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. being the only HRA administrator company contracted to work with CDPHP.[15]

EAP Services Renewal Authorization
The Mayor is authorized to sign the annual renewal agreement for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. EAP is required by the UPSEA–Department of Public Works contract (and because the Village has Public Works staff with CDL licenses) but is available to all employees.[9][13]
Health Care Opt-Out Payment — Individual Coverage
Non-union full-time employees who opt out of individual health coverage receive an opt-out payment of $2,000, paid as a single check at the end of the insurance year (May–April).[11]
Health Care Opt-Out Payment — Employee and Spouse/Child Coverage
Non-union full-time employees who opt out of employee-and-spouse or employee-and-child health coverage receive an opt-out payment of $3,800, paid as a single check at the end of the insurance year (May–April).[11]
Health Care Opt-Out Payment — Family Coverage
Non-union full-time employees who opt out of family health coverage receive an opt-out payment of $5,000, paid as a single check at the end of the insurance year (May–April).[11]
Retiree Health Coverage — CDPHP Medicare Advantage Plan 201
Village retirees on Medicare are covered under the CDPHP Medicare Advantage Plan 201, replacing prior retiree Medicare coverage.[12]

Full-Time Employee Life Insurance — Payroll Deduction
The existing life insurance plan is offered to all full-time employees at the employee's cost as a payroll deduction, with no cost to the Village.[8]

The Village renews the Police life insurance policy as required by the Police Department Union Contract.[6]

The Village is authorized to participate in the MVP health insurance contract, with the associated certificate of resolution on file.[4]
