- The Phase II water upgrades project is put out for rebid with the following scope reductions: remove both ends of South Broadway, south end of Smith Street, Benner Road; instead of paving, change to patch paving; reduce the scope of work from 14,400 feet to 10,200 feet.
- The rebid timeline is October 16, 2015 advertise; November 6, 2015 bids due at 1 PM; November 9, 2015 award bids pending USDA concurrence; December meeting sign contracts; December 7 start project; spring 2017 end construction to include top-coat.
