RESOLVED

  1. Frank Vosburgh and Sons, Inc. is awarded the bid for catch basin restoration repair and replacement for $18,280.00. Work includes eight projects at various Village locations: West Market Street/Middle School Exit, #43, 53, 62 and Red Hook Electric on East Market Street, 5 Cambridge Drive, 20 Cambridge Drive, 10 and 15 Kent Road, Catholic Rectory, 15 Thompson Street, and Kent Road/Cambridge Drive intersection. All work includes replacing blacktop and/or topsoil, with materials supplied by the Village, all prevailing wage work, to be completed by September 26, 2014. Funding from FY2014-2015 CHIPS Allocation (#5110.3) and FY2014-2015 NYSDOT Extreme Winter Recovery Appropriation.
