  1. Approve the expenditure of no more than $1,500.00 for full service (oil change, filter changes, flushing of radiator, adjustment of all throttles and linkages, and cleaning of all electrical contacts and switches), load test of the system to determine output minimum and maximum, and oil analysis to determine engine life expectancy, to be performed by RES Radio Engineering Services (David Groth).
