RESOLVED

  1. The area variance for the property located at 32 Church Street (Tax Grid #6272-10-320666) is approved for relief from Section 200-9-D-10 (coverage) of the Village Zoning Code for maximum lot coverage from 15% to 17.2% for the erection of a shed measuring 10x16, subject to the following conditions: (1) Shed to be only one story; (2) Shed to be in accordance to photo submitted by the applicant; (3) Shed will maintain a 10 foot set back from the side property line as indicated by the survey map submitted by the applicant.
