RESOLVED

  1. Non-union full-time employees shall receive longevity pay at $0.50 an hour increments every 5 years of full-time service up to 25 years of employment.
  2. All non-union employees shall receive a 1.5% pay increase.
  3. Union employees shall receive increases according to their union contract.
