  1. the proposed hanging signage with lighting from site plan dated 2/23/2024 for property located at 7478 South Broadway, listed as Tax Grid #6272-10-431694, is approved as depicted in the submitted proposal. The signage shall not exceed the square footage as provided by the Code of the Village of Red Hook, and that the signage is within the limits allowed and conforms to all provisions of Section 200-38 of the Code of the Village of Red Hook and with the following condition: Any proposed lighting shall not interfere with the visibility of traffic and shall shield direct light from adjoining streets and properties.
