RESOLVED

  1. The Village of Red Hook shall terminate its current contract with C.T. Male for Water Department Operations effective February 1st, 2018.
  2. On February 1st, 2018, the Village shall enter a 4 month probationary period with VRI Environmental Services, Inc. in accordance with the terms stated in their proposal submitted to the Village Board dated January 15th, 2018.
