RESOLVED

  1. The Village of Red Hook consents to the formation of a transportation corporation known as the Anderson Commons Sewage Works Corp.
  2. The Planning Board is authorized to act as lead agency with respect to the subdivision and site plan review.
  3. The final septic system must be satisfied by Dutchess County Department of Health & Dutchess County Waste Water, and the Village assumes no financial responsibility for the septic system if it fails.
