RESOLVED
- that the Village Board hereby appoints Officer Tyrone Lawson to the position of Full Time Hourly Police Officer effective November 30, 2023
- that the hourly pay will be as per Article 8A ‐ Part‐Time hourly rate schedule of the collective bargaining agreement between the Village and the United Public Service Employees Union (UPSEU) dated 6/1/21 to 5/31/24
- that the Village Board authorizes Mayor Smythe or her designee to execute and file any appropriate documentation to effectuate the terms of this resolution
