RESOLVED
- The adoption of the Proposed Local law is a Type I action under SEQRA
- The Mayor is authorized to sign page 13 of the EAF
- The Board is the only involved agency under SEQRA
- The Board shall hold a public hearing on June 8, 2015 at 7:15 PM at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway Red Hook NY to hear all interested parties on said Proposed Local Law
- The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the Village, on or before May 20, 2015 which is not less than ten calendar days prior to the date of said public hearing
- The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of the Proposed Local Law, together with a copy of the EAF, to the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development for a report and recommendation thereon to Section 239-m of the General Municipal Law
- The Village is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of the public hearing notice to the clerks of the adjacent municipalities

- WHEREAS, the proposed Local Law would modify certain provisions of the Zoning Law to permit Electric Vehicle Charging Station s as a permitted accessory use in certain Zoning Districts
- WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 239-m of the General Municipal Law, proposed amendments to the Zoning Law must be referred to the Department of Planning and Development for its review and report thereon
