RESOLVED

  1. the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook hereby authorizes Mayor Smythe to sign the Letter of Agreement with Nelson Pope & Voorhis
  2. the current budget of $15,000 will be adjusted prior to any spending above this amount
