RESOLVED
- The Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Mayor or, in his absence, the Deputy Mayor, to execute grants services agreements for procurement and application of the grant monies to the project
- The officers, employees and agents of the Village are hereby authorized and directed for an in the name and on behalf of the Village to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable an proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution

- WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Village of Red Hook ("Village") to utilize the NYS WIIA (DWIIA and CWIIA) Grant money awarded on October 5th 2017 for $2.28 million and $925,000 respectively to carry out the funding of Water and the Sewer Infrastructure Projects
- WHEREAS, transactional paperwork will be required to process the grant awards into the water and sewer projects from NYS Agencies
