RESOLVED

  1. The following items be declared surplus and put up for auction at the next convenient opportunity: a. 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe Police vehicle with no motor that has been out of service for several years. b. US Saw – track cutting pipe saw – purchased about 10 years ago – no longer used. c. Three (3) 2,000 gallon septic tanks not used for the sewer project – due to changes for certain properties. Return not an option. d. Approximately 50 fiberglass risers for septic tanks – from an excess shipment for the sewer project. No future use foreseen for this many extras.
  2. The three (3) septic tanks will have a minimum bid added to them based on the offers the Village has already received
