RESOLVED

  1. the Village of Red Hook will work with its engineers and the DOT to get the work done immediately and utilize the Salisbury Bank credit line as initial funding; and then 5110.42 – Maintenance of Streets ($2,000.00) of the total cost ($10,400.00) and the remainder of the balance ($8,400) will be taken from CHIPS 5110.3

  • WHEREAS, the Village Board has the opportunity to repair public sidewalks on Rt. 9 East side for $10,400, and a contractor, working for the Town of Red Hook (BTM) is available to do the required work before they leave Red Hook on or about 9-15-17
  • WHEREAS, the Village Board has reviewed SEQRA Law NYC-RR 617.5c(2) and it has been determined that these sidewalk repairs are designated a Type II action and no EAF is required
