RESOLVED

  1. the Village Treasurer, Lori Urbin, is hereby authorized to open credit accounts with both D&S Pump & Supply and Harbor Freight Tools for use by the Highway Department
  2. Jerome "Jake" Smith, Chris Coons, Charles Devens, and Lori Urbin will be authorized signers on the accounts
  3. invoices will be vouchered and approved by the Board prior to payment as usual

  • WHEREAS, the Village Highway Department now has a sewer system to operate and maintain
  • WHEREAS, D&S Pump & Supply and Harbor Freight Tools both have equipment and supplies that support the operation and maintenance of the new sewer system
  • WHEREAS, there will be times when purchases need to made quickly for emergency purposes
  • WHEREAS, the majority of the purchases will meet the Procurement Policy guideline of under $2000 at the discretion of the department head
