RESOLVED
- pursuant to Village Law §3-300(2)(a) all appointed officers in the Village of Red Hook need not reside in said Village, but may reside anywhere in the County of Dutchess, State of New York
Show preamble — 2 WHEREAS clauses
- WHEREAS, §3-300 (1) provides that elected and appointed village officers must be village residents to be eligible to serve in that capacity
- WHEREAS, §3-300 (2) (a) provides that the Village Board of Trustees may, by resolution, provide for modification of the residency requirements to all appointed officers to include residency within the county in which the village is located
