RESOLVED

  1. the Village of Red Hook will authorize and instruct the New York State Department of Transportation to remove the all lanes blocked walk signal sequence and change the walk sequence to retain manual push button triggering but to trigger pedestrian crossing parallel to traffic only. NYS DOT will be authorized to sign or mark the controls or crosswalks as needed to advise pedestrians of the change.
