  1. that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook hereby authorizes the Mayor to engage the firm of Rodenhausen, Chale & Polidoro, LLP to serve as Special Counsel for the Sperry ZBA Article 78. The engagement letter, establishing rates and terms, is attached.
