RESOLVED
- the Village Board of Trustees authorizes Lt. Hildenbrand to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle and related equipment and supporting infrastructure including the charging station as laid out in the grant, and
- the Mayor is authorized to approve payment for the grant items up to the grant amount of $80,000 with corresponding vouchers available for Board review and approval at the next available Board meeting.
