RESOLVED
- by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook the following amendments to Chapter 190 Vehicle and Traffic Code Schedule XII and Schedule XXII are enacted establishing no-parking zones at specified locations on Route 9 and Route 199 for bus stops, effective immediately upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State

- WHEREAS, the attached amendments to Chapter 190 Vehicle and Traffic Code was introduced by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook on June 21, 2018
- WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 09, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, notice of said hearing being duly published and at which time all interested parties had an opportunity to be heard
- WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook determined this action to be a Type II action based on the criteria found in 6 NYCRR § 617.5 (16) & (27)
