RESOLVED

  1. by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook the following amendments to Chapter 190 Vehicle and Traffic Code Schedule XII and Schedule XXII are enacted establishing no-parking zones at specified locations on Route 9 and Route 199 for bus stops, effective immediately upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State

  • WHEREAS, the attached amendments to Chapter 190 Vehicle and Traffic Code was introduced by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook on June 21, 2018
  • WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 09, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, notice of said hearing being duly published and at which time all interested parties had an opportunity to be heard
  • WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook determined this action to be a Type II action based on the criteria found in 6 NYCRR § 617.5 (16) & (27)
