RESOLVED
- the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook having prepared and reviewed a revised zoning map setting forth the zoning districts of the Village and following a duly noticed public hearing on the aforesaid zoning map, does hereby reaffirm the original October 4, 2010 negative declaration and does hereby approve the adopted map as the official zoning map of the Village of Red Hook, map dated October 4, 2012, and does hereby authorize the filing of said map in the Office of the Clerk of the Village of Red Hook.
Show preamble — 6 WHEREAS clauses
- WHEREAS, the Village of Red Hook Board of Trustees previously considered and adopted zoning amendments on October 4, 2010; and
- WHEREAS, the public hearing and consideration of the previously adopted zoning amendments included the review of a Full EAF and adoption of a Negative Declaration; and
- WHEREAS, the adopted zoning amendments created conflicts with property boundary lines on the zoning map and therefore the Board of Trustees prepared and reviewed a plan to align the zoning districts with the existing property lines in the Village of Red Hook; and
- WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing on the new zoning map was held on the 1st day of October, 2012 at which time all interested parties were heard; and
- WHEREAS, the required circulation under General Municipal Law 239-m had not yet been completed at the time of the closing of the public hearing; and
- WHEREAS, the County Planning referral was completed and a response received on October 16, 2012 which response determined that the action under review is a matter of local concern, now therefore
