  • WHEREAS, said bids were opened and recorded at 2 pm on February 26, then reviewed by the Village Engineer C.T. Male Associates
  • WHEREAS, the Village of Red Hook acknowledges Carver Construction, Inc as qualified low bidder and the Engineer has reviewed the bids for accuracy and affirms that Carver Construction, Inc is a firm known by them to be responsible and capable of doing this job
  • WHEREAS, The Village of Red Hook offers and awards the prime General Contract to Carver Construction, Inc based on their bid document
