RESOLVED

  1. the Village Board of the Village of Red Hook hereby accepts that work of Phase I Water Improvement as complete and therefore authorizes its Mayor, engineers and financial staff to complete the appropriate forms and paperwork to move toward a closing with the USDA-RD and EFC

  • WHEREAS, the work has been performed and completed with no disputes in the past or pending
  • WHEREAS, the construction work is completed and ready for final payment
