RESOLVED

  1. based upon the review of the bid specifications and the bids received the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook hereby awards the following bids and authorizes the Mayor to execute contracts with: 1. Well field improvements, Contract 1 G, Trinity Construction, Selkirk, NY $459,973.00; 2. Well field improvements, Contract 1 E, Whalen Electric, Kingston, NY $43,500.00; 3. Water meter installation, Contract 2, National Metering, Kearney, NJ $347,770.00.
