RESOLVED

  1. the Red Hook Village Board of Trustees are satisfied that the information provided in the Preliminary Engineering Report has met the criteria requested by the Village and is in compliance with the terms of the proposal for Engineering Services of January 18, 2010, between the Village of Red Hook and C.T. Male Associates, P.C.
  2. the Red Hook Village Board of Trustees will submit requests for reimbursement to the USDA-RD (Pre-Development Planning Grant of $14,000.00) and the Hudson River Valley Greenway (Communities Grant of $10,000.00) to supplement the Red Hook Village Water Funds contribution of $3,810.00
