RESOLVED

  1. that the Village of Red Hook as Lead Agency under the State Environmental Quality Review Act herby adopts a Negative Declaration in accordance with the annexed short form environmental assessment form and hereby determines that there are no significant environmental impacts associated with the purchase of the parking lot and that no environmental impact statement need be prepared.

  • WHEREAS, as a condition of the purchase the Village of Red Hook has undertaken due diligence reviews including a Phase I environmental review, and environmental review,
  • WHEREAS, the Village of Red Hook completed the Part I and Part II of the short environmental assessment form and has not identified any environmental impacts from the proposed action
