RESOLVED

  1. by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the documents associated with the project
Show preamble — 4 WHEREAS clauses
  • WHEREAS, the Village of Red Hook is interested in completing the task with NYS DOT with regard to the FAST grant to get a project underway to upgrade the mid-block crosswalks
  • WHEREAS, the DOT sent along template resolution that has been modified by the Village and its counsel and
  • WHEREAS, the DOT has approved the text edits as submitted by the Village
  • WHEREAS, there are additional documents for the Village and its attorney to review and sign to get the project bid by DOT; and counsel has reviewed, approved and counter-signed the documents
