Subject: Village of Red Hook NE Quadrant Water Main Locates Recommendation for Award

Dear Mayor Smythe,

On behalf of the Village of Red Hook we received proposals for the underground locates of water mains on the North-East quadrant of the village. Delaware Engineering, D.P.C. has reviewed the proposal results for conformance with the project drawings. Attached is a complete copy of the bid results for the project. The low bidder was:

New England Subsurface Imaging of Newtown, CT - $4,500.00

The bidders are in conformance with the project requirements. Based on the proposal results received, scheduling, and a review of the bids conformance to the project, Delaware Engineering, D.P.C. is recommending that the Village of Red Hook award the contracts to the low bidder.
