RESOLVED

  • The inter-municipal shared services agreement with the Village of Tivoli for resource recovery is hereby terminated by mutual consent
  • The Village Attorney Kelly Flood-Myers is directed to notify the Village of Tivoli of this mutual cancellation and send a letter voiding this contract
