Tivoli Police Contract Amendments

RESOLVED

  • Section 4a of the contract is amended to state: 'Should these hours lead to overtime of a full-time officer, the overtime rate will be charged.'
  • The contract shall reference a Rate Schedule including overtime rates as an addendum instead of having those rates within the contract.
