Water service issue resolution coordination

RESOLVED

  • that the Village counsel and engineer cooperate on a method to begin to fix the water service situation, including counsel examining the legal situation and drafting a letter, for Board review, to 5 residents in accordance with the 1995 agreement on water mains next to the new CVS site; CT Male will sit with the adjoining owner to confirm facts about the water line under his building; and the Village Engineer will compile a backup plan and emergency water plan.
