RESOLVED

  • The Town must use copper from the tap on the main to curb stop and then STR21 from the curb stop to their facility, which will be the Town's responsibility in the future
  • Village water operator must make the actual physical tap
  • The Village be reimbursed for the construction project for the operator's actual accrued time
