Cocoon Theater Hanging Sign Approval

RESOLVED

• The proposed hanging sign for property located at 25 East Market Street, for Cocoon Theater, listed under Tax Grid #6272-10-470720, as depicted in their submitted proposal is approved. The signage shall not exceed the square footage as provided by the Code of the Village of Red Hook, and that the sign is within the limits allowed and conforms to all provisions of Section 200-38 of the Code of the Village of Red Hook, with the following condition: Signage shall be raised to have a minimum of an 8 feet clearance from the ground.
