Lead agency designation for Red Hook Commons SEQRA review

RESOLVED

  • The Red Hook Village Planning Board is authorized to serve as lead agency for coordinated SEQRA review of Red Hook Commons site plan and subdivisions
  • The Mayor is directed to send a letter to the Village of Red Hook Planning Board authorizing the Kearney Group to submit the site plan and subdivision application on Red Hook Commons since it includes a portion of Morgan's Way, a Village street
