Market Street listed under Tax Parcel ID 6272-10-413739 as an eating and drinking establishment which is a permitted use under Section 200-10-B-(14) of the General Business District of the Village of Red Hook Zoning Code, with the following conditions: Board of Health Approval; Application shall comply with all Local, County, State & Federal Laws.
