Water contract termination and VRI trial period

RESOLVED

  • The Village of Red Hook shall terminate its current contract with C.T. Male for Water Department Operations effective February 1st, 2018.
  • On February 1st, 2018, the Village shall enter a 4 month probationary period with VRI Environmental Services, Inc. in accordance with the terms stated in their proposal submitted to the Village Board dated January 15th, 2018.
