Fire Service Agreement Worker's Compensation Rider

RESOLVED

  • The rider to the Fire Service Agreement shall be added, providing that the Town of Red Hook shall reimburse the Village of Red Hook seventy-nine (79%) percent of the total insurance premium upon presentation of the bill, based on actual costs and a ten-year census as basis.
