Resolution #7-2008 — 2008-04-07

RESOLVED

  • The Village of Red Hook consents to the formation of a transportation corporation known as the Anderson Commons Sewage Works Corp.
  • The Planning Board is authorized to act as lead agency with respect to the subdivision and site plan review.
  • The final septic system must be satisfied by Dutchess County Department of Health & Dutchess County Waste Water, and the Village assumes no financial responsibility for the septic system if it fails.
