RESOLUTION FOR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS TO VILLAGE GENERAL, WATER, & SEWER FUNDS

Resolution #59-2023 — 2023-11-02

WHEREAS

  • the Village Board desires to amend the General, Water, and Sewer Fund budgets to reflect current information and expenses
  • the Village Board has reviewed the following schedule of budget adjustments

RESOLVED

  • the Village of Red Hook amends the General, Water, and Sewer Fund budgets as shown in the schedules: For the GENERAL FUND: A3001 State Aid - Revenue Sharing reduced by $18.00 (revised to $9,582.00); A2401 Interest and Earnings increased by $1,991.80 (revised to $2,741.80); A1410.46 Clerk - Bank Fees increased by $525.00 (revised to $1,525.00); A1450.1 Elections - Per Srv increased by $300.00 (revised to $300.00); A1450.4 Elections - Contr Exp increased by $148.80 (revised to $148.80); A8160.2 Material Management Equipment increased by $1,000.00 (revised to $219,000.00). For the WATER FUND: EW2144.a Water Tapping Fee increased by $3,000.00 (revised to $10,000.00); EW8341.23 Bond Counsel increased by $2,000.00 (revised to $2,000.00); EW8320.48 Tools increased by $1,000.00 (revised to $4,000.00). For the SEWER FUND: ES2650 Sales of Scrap/Excess Materials increased by $2,500.00 (revised to $2,500.00); ES1710.1 Admin - Per Srv increased by $2,500.00 (revised to $4,500.00).
