Authorization for Village Clerk to Re-levy Funds Owed to the Village

Resolution #3-2010 — 2010-03-08

RESOLVED

  • the Village Board authorizes the Village Clerk to re-levee any funds owed to the Village by a Village resident onto the Village Tax bill. (water, snow removal, escrow, planning and zoning fees)
