Water Department Office Space and Resources Lease

Resolution #3-2008 — 2008-02-04

RESOLVED

  • The Village of Red Hook shall lease to the Water Department office space located within the Village of Red Hook municipal building, in addition shall lease to the Water Department the use of office staff, equipment and other Village resources. For fiscal year 2008 and more particularly between November 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008 the Village shall charge the Village of Red Hook Water Department the sum of $100,000.00 for the use of office space, office staff, equipment and other Village resources.
