TO ADOPT/SIGN COUNTY 239m AGREEMENT

Resolution #22-2020 — 2020-10-13

WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook administers its own Building and Zoning Department and the Village Board can generate zoning changes under home rule
  • the Village must send certain zoning change documents to Dutchess County's Department of Planning and Development under the requisite steps of the 239m process
  • the County under Resolution 2015246 has modified certain requirements of 239m and reduced the type of matters that require filing in 239m
  • the County has circulated an agreement document listing the changes but also listing the matters that will still require 239m compliance

RESOLVED

  • the Board has reviewed the agreement document in a remote meeting and approved the Mayor signing the agreement on behalf of the Village. The Clerk shall circulate the document to the Planning and Zoning Department; the Village Board and related boards
