Repeal Property Tax Override Law

Resolution #21-2019 — 2019-04-18

WHEREAS

• the following local law was introduced by the Village of Red Hook Board of Trustees on April 8, 2019 and provides for the repeal of the tax cap override law enacted by the Village of Red Hook on March 11, 2019
• a public hearing was held on April 18, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, notice of said hearing duly published and at which time all interested parties had an opportunity to be heard

RESOLVED

• This local law is adopted to repeal the local law adopted March 11, 2019 providing for the override of the tax cap levy
