Resolution Establishing a Credit Accounts at D&S Pump & Supply and Harbor Freight Tools

Resolution #20-2023 — 2023-05-25

WHEREAS

• the Village Highway Department now has a sewer system to operate and maintain
• D&S Pump & Supply and Harbor Freight Tools both have equipment and supplies that support the operation and maintenance of the new sewer system
• there will be times when purchases need to made quickly for emergency purposes
• the majority of the purchases will meet the Procurement Policy guideline of under $2000 at the discretion of the department head

RESOLVED

• the Village Treasurer, Lori Urbin, is hereby authorized to open credit accounts with both D&S Pump & Supply and Harbor Freight Tools for use by the Highway Department
• Jerome "Jake" Smith, Chris Coons, Charles Devens, and Lori Urbin will be authorized signers on the accounts
• invoices will be vouchered and approved by the Board prior to payment as usual
