WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook duly advertised and received bids on November 6, 2015 for the Village of Red Hook Phase II Water Upgrades
  • said bids were opened and recorded at 1 pm on November 6, then reviewed by the Village Engineer C.T. Male
  • the Village of Red Hook acknowledges Jersen Construction Group as low bidders and the engineer has reviewed the bids for accuracy and affirm that Jersen Construction Group is a firm known by then to be responsible and capable of doing this job
  • The Village of Red Hook offers and awards the prime General Contractor to Jensen Construction Group based on their bid document

RESOLVED

  • The Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook awards Jensen Construction Group the base bid plus Alt I for $3,045,766
