Red Hook Sewer Project Map Plan

Resolution #19-2016 — 2016-06-16

WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook intends to continue design work and specifications for the establishment of a municipal sewage system pursuant to Article 14 of the New York State Village Law and intends to utilize the services of an engineering firm to prepare a map and plan of a permanent sewage system for the Village; and
  • the Village has selected CT Male Associates of Latham, NY, to work on the sewer project, in accord with the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process; and
  • a required next step is for the engineering firm to prepare the map and plan of a permanent sewage system for the Village, including a phasing plan.

RESOLVED

  • the Village of Red Hook authorizes CT Male Associates to prepare the required map and plan of a permanent sewage system for the Village, including a phasing plan.
