Public Hearing - Fire Company Agreement

WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook desires to contract with the Red Hook Fire Company for Fire Services
  • Section 4-412 (9)b of the Village Law requires a public hearing for any contract for fire service with an incorporated fire company
  • the next monthly meeting of the Village Board is September 12, 2022

RESOLVED

  • the Village Board will schedule a public hearing on the Fire Company Agreement on September 12, 2022 at 7:05pm; and the Clerk will publish notice in the Freeman
